Leonidas Credit Ethics Policy

Leonidas Credit, its personnel, contractors, advisors, service providers, and others acting on behalf of the company.

Purpose
The purpose of this Policy is to establish clear expectations for ethical business conduct. Leonidas Credit is committed to operating with honesty, accountability, fairness, and respect for the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to its business.

Compliance with Law
Leonidas Credit shall conduct its business in a manner intended to comply with applicable laws, regulations, license requirements, contractual obligations, and industry standards. No person acting on behalf of Leonidas Credit may knowingly request, encourage, or assist in conduct that violates applicable law or regulatory requirements.

Honest Communications
Leonidas Credit shall communicate truthfully and clearly with customers, partners, regulators, financial institutions, and the public. Statements about the company, its platform, its data, its capabilities, and its services shall not be intentionally misleading, incomplete, or exaggerated.

Responsible Data Use
Leonidas Credit shall access, process, store, and use business, financial, compliance, license, inventory, transaction, and related data only for authorized and legitimate business purposes. Data shall be handled with care, confidentiality, and appropriate safeguards.

Fair Dealing
Leonidas Credit shall seek to treat customers, counterparties, vendors, employees, contractors, regulators, and partners fairly and professionally. The company shall not knowingly use its platform, information, or business relationships to deceive, harass, coerce, or improperly disadvantage any party.

Conflicts of Interest
Personnel and representatives of Leonidas Credit shall avoid conflicts of interest and shall disclose any personal, financial, or business interest that could reasonably appear to affect independent judgment. Gifts, referral arrangements, outside business activities, or incentives shall not be used to improperly influence decisions.

Records and Accountability
Leonidas Credit shall maintain business records that are accurate, complete, and appropriate for the relevant business purpose. Company records shall not be falsified, concealed, altered, or destroyed for an improper purpose.

Reporting Concerns
Anyone who becomes aware of conduct that may violate this Policy is encouraged to report the concern promptly. Leonidas Credit shall review reported concerns in good faith and shall take appropriate action when warranted.

Non-Retaliation
Leonidas Credit shall not tolerate retaliation against any person who reports a concern, asks a question, participates in a review, or refuses to participate in conduct that the person reasonably believes is improper.

Policy Review
Leonidas Credit may review, revise, or update this Policy from time to time. The company may also adopt additional policies, procedures, or standards that supplement this Policy.

This Policy is a public statement of business principles. It does not create contractual rights, employment rights, third-party beneficiary rights, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any specific outcome.
